- Shipping & Handling Charges?
Our shipping and handling charges are set at $8.95.
For orders placed outside of the 48 contiguous states will be subject to additional shipping charges that will be confirmed prior to us preparing your order.
- Sales Tax?
We have to collect and pay Sales Tax on any sales shipped to Florida. This is true for both our online store and for our Stores in South Florida.
- Shipping time?
We ship all website orders by UPS ground. Normally we will have shipped them within ten business day of you placing your order.
Delivery time varies dependent upon your location.
- Returns?
At Cool Mirror, we stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 5 days of receipt, please follow the instructions below.
You must contact us by phone 352-465-2776 with details of what you would like to return.
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns must be shipped by UPS.
Any return without a Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in original packaging and in original condition.
If you discover any defect, please contact us within 2 days by phone 352-465-2776 .
Upon receipt of any returns, your merchandise will be inspected.
